Founder, having Master’s Degree in Criminology and Police Administration, LLM and Masters in Business Law from NLSIU Bangalore; is an energetic, young and dynamic lawyer who understands the intricacies of law and the legal world. With a motto to help all those who are in dire need of advice and assistance, she took it upon herself along with her team members to provide legal aid under the banner “S&M ASSOCIATES”.

Senior Counsel with a degree in MMS from JBIMS, LLM and ACS is a corporate lawyer having extensive experience in handling corporate and commercial transactions. He advises on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues. He also counsels' companies on labour and employment issues at the workplace and sits as an external independent professional on a number of enquiry committees.
